Report: Russian retailers have 2–3 month reserves of diapers

MOSCOW, Mar 17 (PRIME) -- The Russian retail outlets have a two to three month reserve of female hygiene products and diapers, Deputy Industry and Trade Minister Viktor Yevtukhov told channel Russia 24 on Thursday.

"Concerning the female hygiene and diapers… we have sufficient reserves, firstly, the retail chains have many of them – for two to three months. Secondly, the producers also have a two to three month reserve of raw materials and expendables," Yetukhov said.

He added that there is no risk of deficit of these products, as well as no deficit of detergents because Russia produces more than consumes.
